If after rebooting you continue to see this error, the following solution has worked for some users:
1.) Navigate to your Applications -> Bongiovi DPS folder and use the Uninstaller to uninstall DPS from your system.
2.) Restart your computer.
3.) Navigate to System Preferences -> Security and Privacy Tab
4.) Near the bottom of the window you should see a section that says that the Bongiovi DPS application was blocked from installing. Click “Allow” to allow Bongiovi DPS to install its virtual driver.
5.) Navigate to your downloads folder or visit BongioviDPS.com to re-download and reinstall Bongiovi DPS.

If you take a driving skills test, you are required to successfully complete one of the following Impact Texas Drivers (ITD) programs and provide proof of completion at the time of your skills test. You MUST bring your certificate of completion of this program to the DL office at the time you are administered your driving skills test.
The ITD Program was developed with the goal of saving lives through awareness and education. This program is meant to educate drivers in an effort to reduce the risk of being involved in automobile crashes, particularly those caused by distracted driving. Distracted driving is one of the primary causes of fatalities in the United States, and this program shows what can happen when drivers are distracted while driving.

- Drivers 25 years of age or older, including those who may have completed a driver education course (Driver education is not required if you are 25 years of age or older; however, it is highly recommended).

- Possess a valid DE-964 showing completion of a Minors Driver Education Course
- Hold a valid learner license for a minimum of six months
- View the ITTD video and receive a completion certificate dated no more than 90 days prior to taking your driving skills examination
- All individuals tested through the TPST program must complete the ITD requirements prior to taking their driving skills test
If you are 18-24 years of age:
- Possess a valid DE-964 showing you have completed a Minors Driver Education Course and complete the ITD requirements by viewing the Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) video. The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the driving skills test, OR
- Possess a valid ADE-1317 showing you have completed an Adult Driver Education Course and complete the ITD requirements by viewing the Impact Texas Young Drivers (ITYD) video. The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the driving skills test
- Have a valid restricted driver license
- All individuals tested through the TPST program must complete the ITD requirements prior to taking their driving skills test
If you are 25 years of age or older:
- Have a valid restricted driver license
- View the ITD video and receive a completion certificate dated no more than 90 days prior to taking the driving skills test.
- All individuals tested through the TPST program must complete the ITD requirements prior to taking their driving skills test.
- Driver education is not required for individuals age 25 and older but is highly recommended.
